Project Overview
Kree8 were approached to come up with a scheme that made the most of the views form the site. West malvern is in an AONB location and it was key to make the most of the elevated site.
Our Solution
The solution was modern and stylish using lots of glazing to bring in as much natural daylight as possible whilst keeping the building envelope thermally sound to meet the latest Part L of the building regulations.
The Result
Modern and stylish home maximising the views from the site.
Kree8 definitely injected style and the element of surprise. The front of our home is low key but the rear just opens up to the views from the Malvern Hills.
